A paper on a convective initiation climatology for the TEAMx study region produced by the Orographic Convection WG has been submitted to Monthly Weather Review.

A model climatology (1981-2018) of the starting location of convection over the Alps based on AROME is in preparation.

A climatology of convective cells over the Trentino/Adige Valley region using TAASRAD radar (located near Bolzano) archives for approximately 10 years is in progress.

A climatology of convective cells over Austria using the Austrian radar composite and ALDIS cloud-to-ground lightning is in progress.

Design of a NWP model intercomparison study is underway (led by Yann Seity) and will focus on one week in August 2019.
