TEAMx Experimental Plan

TEAMx will use state-of-the-art measurement and modelling techniques to study a wide variety of atmospheric processes across a range of scales and the interactions between these scales.

The two central pillars of the TEAMx Experimental Plan are:
(i) a major observational campaign involving large-scale deployment of in situ micrometeorological instrumentation, ground-based profiling instruments and airbrone sensors; and
(ii) coordinated modelling activities including evaluation and development studies using a heirarchy of tools from large-eddy simulation to global scale models.
